It is not possible for them to be diluting. All shares have been RESTRICTED for 2 yers save 5 million which is the float. They did this on purpose so as not to be taken over. If one or two people unload their shares this will drop. It went down a penny on a measly 40,000 shares the other day. I received an e-mail, I take it with a grain of salt. I am not a pumper nor dumper. I respect your decision to sell. Hopefully for those who are still invested the PPS will rise. I wish you good luck in your future tradings.
