Prove to me that they are not arguments. Some more to think about:
1. Mark Nordlicht owns over 15M shares
2. Cassidy spent over $250,000 on direct purchases, half spent the first of this year.
3. We are talking about 400,000 shares from options...let's see...51.62M + 400,000 = 52.02M shares outstanding...400,000/52.02M = 0.0077
So, 400,000 shares = 0.77% of the OS. Not very dilutionary.
Look, you may have our sincere interest at heart, but I trade based upon other things than someone's risk/reward. I will be careful...and please be careful yourself.
