There was a reason RIBS, the holding Company, at one time got caught up in a legal battle with one of its restaurants.

A $2m judgement was awarded snd this could be the cause of it. Sloppy and lack of attention.

I can’t find the actual court case nor will I abuse myself to even try.
But it looks like RIBS needs Synergy more than Synergy needs RIBS.

I’m only here because of Synergy.
