Easy. The true value of this company share price is well under a dollar IMHO. Again the facts as they stand speak loud here. That is when I am buying. Under a buck. No doubt a short term mercy buyout is coming.
If you buy under a buck,that’s a 50 to 100% premium@ 200 to 300,000,000 valuation.
Take for instance med Tronics most recent buyout at a 15.2% premium over PPS - which for the co in question was high.
So the counter arguments to my argument:
1. “PPS is being intentionally suppressed,” either by titan, insiders, or med Tronic (which is illegal and you would’ve had more OSC/shareholder lawsuits by now.),
2. “This is a completely different company then it was five years ago” - which of course it is not… They took out another video page and almost got it to hardware design freeze I guess. They do sit on some cash right now I will give you that but since when have McNallys cost estimates been remotely close to being as designated? The cash burn rate over the next couple of quarters will be intense as well with all that they supposedly have on their plate.
3. “ISRG is intentionally shorting the company”. Again there will be massive investigations etc.
4. “Retail shorts are the problem”. That is a complete lack of understanding of the retail shorting beast. Much like the firemen using gravity to slide down the fire pole, so to do retail shorts piggyback on the momentum of what the hedge funds are doing with the stock. Don’t pick on the little guy. Go after the hedge funds!
5. “Bad Luck in a competitive business”. Maybe, but vicarious, Cambridge and all of the up and comers seem to have no problem at all amassing investor capital. Sometimes you make your own luck, or lack of it!
To be fair to the five or six longs at investor Village, I will amend my share purchase promise under a buck to “ whenever McNally can string together 2 quarters without a delay, cost revision, or he buys some damn shares.”
Anybody who thinks that this is some $6 billion mastermind plot, should frankly go have a picnic on the grassy knoll, and generally get a subscription to the history channel where you can watch all of those conspiracy theory shows. You have bought it hook line and sinker!
