When a stock goes dead for years, filings should look the same.

Of course, I'm speaking only of the inordinate number of inactive filings. It's starting to look like they aren't understanding the feedback they are receiving from the OTC and merely resubmitted the same filings over and over. 2019 10K still has a slightly higher share count than the other 3 filings.
