I'd bet it surely has something to do with Wade and friends.
That guy is as crooked as they come regarding all his previous OTC scam companies. I can personally attest to a couple of them, but surfkast can give you a much more complete list of Wade scams.
I can't believe Synergy wasn't aware of Wade's past history. And any competent OTC securities lawyer surely would have been aware or able to easily dig out Wade's past OTC securities history.
