I agree with this analysis. NP has attacked and so the 13D group must counterattack. Like male lions fighting for control of prized territory. Eventually one group of male lions is killed or chased off. That is how it works.
I believe the efforts here to defend NP and the current BoD are a little like kids trying to keep their sand castle from getting washed away as the tide comes in. The tide in this case is the inevitable consequence of CYDY’s current BoD’s failure to obtain statistically significant P values in double blinded trials in CD10 and CD12 and the corresponding failure to obtain FDA approval and revenue. In addition, the FDA slapped the company with a letter which speaks to their level of frustration with the company. CD12 was a horrible disappointment and as the 13D group reminds us in their proxy statement, poor trial design and execution went a long way to contributing to that devastating failure. Bankruptcy actually looms as a real possibility now unless changes in leadership and new financing/partnerships arrive. These are dangerous times for CYDY on the plains of the Serengeti.
Seriously, YOU want them watching YOUR investment. I don't want them to have any influence over anything of mine!

I'm not against some new blood - but it's got to be GOOD STUFF!
Dr. Chris Recknor was an example of an infusion of "GOOD BLOOD"
13d or the Rosenbaum-Patterson "we make it up, so it sounds good, but is just to get our foot in the door and screw everybody but ourselves team (or - for short: B-Pwmiusisgbijtgofitdasebo Team) are wasting valuable time and resources beside trashing the stock price - I thought they were going to help shareholders - I guess this is how they do it.
