ya, didn't give this much thought (I think I was consoling my friends at the time)....was it ever designated as a shell? If so, I guess OTC site said everything was A-OK for change....turns out everything is F-OK.
Going gray soon....the CEO on the said OTC site is still giving out haircuts today (yr low..again)....No mullet for you.
...over a year later.....his number 1 priority, getting current, has aged as well as - I will leave that to your creative minds.
