I think in the end we'll be fine, but this turbulence should not be surprising after yesterday's call. That was quite the spectacle, and even as a long, I found myself laughing on several occasions. That's not good for a conference call, unless the humor is intentional.
Probably need to just field questions via email 2 weeks or so in advance of the call, mention the person's name (if they're confortable), then the question. If there is follow-up, you could unmute that one person who asked the question, then put them back on mute. You can do a preemptory mute if you sense trouble.
I also think he just needs to start underpromising, and then overdelivering. Hopefully yesterday's call, and today's price action, will be a good lesson for the future.
First things first - get pink current before the August 27th ETrade deadline hits. Then you can worry about things like dividends for NFT Procurement, a stock buyback, etc.
Stephen knows all this, he's incredibly smart, and hopefully he's got a good team (and soon a PR rep or two) to help out.
