Darth Bob started up the same process that Miller did since he failed to do it. The summons gives 30 before the default judgement goes into effect.

Uh...no..."court" in the real world v TV land is not that simple LOL !!

1) The summons was served on a FRAUDULENT ADDRESS and FRAUDULENT AGENT OF SERVICE who's name and address was used to criminally file a fake corp at the FL SOS.

Corporate Creations was NEVER the legal/hired "agent of service" for fraudulently filed NWGC-a-CON and now the FL SOS knows these material facts and now the court will know also = the legal case of Bob. Honigford just got blown to hell and IF his council walks or they drop it I'd not bat one of my beautiful black as night eyebrows :)

The company fraudulently listed as "corp address NWGC-a-SCAM" and "agent of service for NWGC-a-CON" aka CORPORATE CREATIONS has formally notified the Court and the FL SOS and thus the judge Honorable Joseph Marx and the SEC that THEIR name and THEIR address of 801 US Highway 1 FL blah blah were used via FRAUD on the FL SOS site as "agent of service" and "corp address" as STILL SHOWN fraudulently on the FL SOS.

2) Thus, as a LEGAL ACT (there is no form to file with FL SOS for "hey, someone stole our identity and used it) the company Corporate Creations RESIGNED formally and attached legal council notes to the FL SOS that "Hey, you have a fraudulently filed corp NWGC-a-SCAM here and they filed and used OUR NAME and OUR ADDRESS w/o our knowledge or consent and we're letting you know this CRIME took place. Signed LEGAL COUNCIL Corp Creations" !

3) THUS, the summon gets returned NO JOY to the Palm Beach circuit court WITH A NOTE, "This was served on our corp which is an agent of service and served to our address BUT we were via FRAUD listed on the FL SOS site and are letting you the court and judge and legal council for Plaintiff know "someone" here committed fraud via stealing OUR corp name and identity and placing it on the FL SOS site - good F-ing luck with your lawsuit plaintiff Bob H. whoever the hell you are as WE may need to sue your ass now, Love Corporate Creation" blah blah

4) NOW the judge will "know" everything as to the criminal fraud that is NWGC-a-SCAM and ask plaintiff Bob H. and his legal council "What the F are you two up to, coming into MY COURT and trying to steal a fraudulently filed corp or what ?"

AND IT WILL GET REAL JUICY FROM THERE - and oh, "summon default judgments" DO NOT happen like in 30 seconds LOL.

REAL COURT v TV COURT - the judge has to read what happened and likely a "special set hearing" would be set "on his docket" which in civil court - can take WEEKS or more just to get a hearing for a 5 minute motion etc.

WEEKS will pass - and nothing but DEAD AIR will happen until they even have the judge look at this POS con-job and criminal scam and then WEEKS more before that judge would rule on anything in writing etc.

SEPT 28th = SEC SUSPENDED and this ticker is GONE FOR GOOD and THAT is how it will "go down" for lights out on this criminal scam - and some INDICTMENTS and arrests and NWGC-a-SCAM will 100% be added to the Miller MN federal court indictment as sure as the sun rose today :)

The crime beast of NWGC-a-CON is killing itself by default and suicide as the federal vice clamps around it like a python - [/color]
