I have a suspicion something else is going on besides note conversion. Perhaps someone did not like what they saw in the 10Q.
As for those date discrepancies you pointed out....just another example of the amateur hour attitude of PT. What is he paying his attorney and accountants for? How long would it take for someone to do a careful read/edit of the financials before uploading to the SEC? His accountant in particular should fix stuff like that, and not charge a nickel for it.
I pointed out the reference to placer mining operations....how many years of filings have said they are still doing placer mining?
And of course, there is the reference to "preliminary reserves". That ought to warrant an SEC comment letter at the least.
