Got to wonder what amnesty to women means from the taliban. That doesn't exactly make one all warm and safe feeling.

I'm guessing the Taliban have matured so much since last in power the greatest fears about them will not be realized.

I'm guessing their top people are sophisticated and worldly enough to understand their confining women
