For The Record, I Contacted Fintel.com Early Spring…

Because they had incorrect data. They refreshed their data base to only include the last 1 year’s worth of official 13f/g(a) forms.

Also, for a very long time I have been posting about the high daily shorting that has been occurring (not the same as long term “short interest”).

It would be nice if the SEC would automatically investigate any stock that officially had more than 100% of shares owned by Institutional Investors. Yet, as you pointed out recently, Avid also has insiders on record owning shares, and certainly has records of long term retail share investors!

I would say Avid (CDMO) has well over 100% of available shares already held in tight hands, even if you subtract the on record short interest!!!

We might be approaching interesting times if Avid posts an exceptionally good ER and or releases a Market Moving PR. IF shorts are forced to cover we could see a 10 million share trading day or two with a large POP, followed by a partial retraction, imho.

Glta Bulls, Watchers, & StockHOLDERS!

PS, II’s now own 99.71% of CDMO Shares according to:

WOW, Protector not so fast. intraday always was, and likely for some of the big boys shorting still is

the MMs only have to "locate" shares in accounts that may be "available" for lending -- so who does the counting? Speculation, it would be the total of a broker's "in street held" irrespectively of what-ever the individual account holder might have decreed for his stock.

Now if at day close an MM could not cover, it used to be that they had several days extension (and past that shortfall around like musical chairs) -- supposed to now fixed?
