I agree with you on your assessment and I bought in for the same reason. My primary concern at this point is the patent landscape has changed since S&G did their evaluation and decided to take this case on contingency. The 101 was not part of the consideration at that time because it was not law yet. At this point S&G is heavily invested so they might as well see it through. Much like most of us here.
...and that is the only reason I am still holding, but to be honest the small amount recovered isn't worth more than leaving the chips on the table and letting it ride. One thing to remember is politicians have stock too and Game stocks are in the mix.
