Yep - they broke right into it. CBS decided Drew Bledsoe was better for the audience - will see if they air the whole thing somewhere later. Scott missing a 4-footer to keep the playoff going after the first hole was epic. Then Kisner in the clutch on the 2nd playoff hole.

The Heidi golf playoff? CBS had another 1/2 hour golf show before the playoff started but made us wait until the top of the hour when the total replay was scheduled, geez.

1968, in the old AFL, Oakland scored 2 touchdowns in the final 2 minutes to beat Joe Namath's Jets, but NBC cut the game out at 2PM to show Heidi as the game went past the normal 3 hours and the final 2 minutes were missed. No pro football game was ever cut off after that because of the huge uproar of football fans
