Well he was accused of hiding the P data, not wanting to disclose. So I took this statement as nipping that view in the bud.

It's funny to me that you feel that the CEO of the Company that you own does a greater service to you by saying this.....
“We look forward to sharing Brilacidin topline data in treating COVID-19 as soon as we have it in hand.”
("his best statement imo")

....versus this....
"Topline results are anticipated to be available one week after database lock, with full analysis to follow."
("me thinks he shot himself in the foot")


What a sad commentary on a CEO's credibility. You would rather he not be specific about an event that he anticipates for fear that he won't be able to meet his own expectation.
When people around here complain about "puff" press releases it is the lack of specificity that you prefer that they are complaining about.


The only reason he shouldn't express that "Topline results are anticipated to be available one week after database lock, with full analysis to follow" is if he knows it not to be true. You should APPRECIATE that level of communication instead of being fearful of it....and he should do it more often.


Any idea what the difference is between topline results and full analysis in terms of the current trial?
