That's great! Honestly, I haven't even begun to look. I've been so distracted wtih other things. Work. Earnings released for TAST and NROM -- both yesterdya as well. And ARCO the day prior. I haven't read ARCO's conference call yet. Work has me swamped!

I need some time tonight or tomorrow morniing to sit down and just digest it all. FORA is fun. It's not even that maerial to me one way or another. Whatever happens, happens! It's interesting!!!!! I just like having 1000 shares here as my Cannabis space.

And that's very good that RBC is even interested. Just interest woudl have been enough, but as a shareholder, that's just icing on the cake. I'll have to read it later.

I've been buying up TAST today 3,000 share between two brokers bought today. Making that 6,000 total for me! Special one-time dividend of 41 cents announced. Margin compression, POPEYES comps down, missed revenue and earnings expectations, etc. etc. But analyst lowering targets with BUYS.


I love over-reaction in the market place! And I'm subtracting my .41 cent dividend mentally from my purchases today.

Now my margin debt is up to $37,000 on my Etrade acct. I don't know how Whatsup is going to pay for this. I'm starting to worry he's a bad account.

A Transfer

I tempted to move my 1000 shares of FORA over to a buy of 1000 shares in CHMI. I just like that REIT. It is down with FORA and had a tough year recently. But it has a great dividend yield.

I don't have anything bad to say about FORA. I'm just liking the value of CHMI better and want a REIT. Wouldn't mind taking a little tax deduction here at FORA. I'm welcome somebody to talk me out of that.

I could be back. I really love everything I have. I just can't have everything I want yet. I also don't ever want to be a landlord again in the foreseeable future. I like the prospects of a no-maintenance good income stream from a hybrid REIT that's small like CHMI. And I slowly want to build that REIT up to $100,000 eventually. CHMI has less units and more everything else at this time.

It seems like FORA still has a lot of work to do to catch up to their valuation. They didn't really sound all that confident about our HLIX software between the lines to me, but I apprecaite this mgmt. honesty. I prefer honesty over telling me what I want to hear. It just sounds like they see a very competitive landscape, and our sales are still low for this market cap. Insiders do seem aligned now, and I don't know if this is the best decision. I just feel like CHMI is calling my name right now. I can't think of anything else I want to sell right now.

It wasn't an RBC analyst who asked that first question. It was a financial advisor from RBC's wealth management group. It was kind of funny though that the first question was from anyone RBC related.
