I think down the road (maybe) a stock buy back could take place but VERY unlikely as they are issuing shares to raise cash while the company is still so young
a better route for them would be to take shares and convert them to Preferred shares and lock them for a few years (essentially removing them from the float) and they'd be ineligible for trading
that 3 million cash theyre using is going towards the Latin america EV business ( my assumption)
so although they have or had cash- it will be put to use before long to further expand the business itself which is fine that's what is necessary
sorry for the long winded response so yeah short version- share buyback is very unlikely as theyre going to be using that cash- but they could be lowering the float by converting common for P shares.
