I have not had chance to review in extreme detail but a few things noted :
- 40% increased revenue from last yr Q2 with same expenses-- referenced new customers (Vegas dispensaries from website?)
- obviously the continued cleaning up of the balance sheet with regard to unrelated debt.
- The commentary referred to additional expenses to ramp up sales/marketing roles... have they had these types or roles previously? could be another sign business scaling plans...
*** Overall I find the "early" release of the quarterly quite curious as they traditionally seem to be at or over deadline... This coupled with the activity last week (annual filling, 8k bylaw changes) it's easy to speculate that they are completing items before a major change, at least I believe that's a big reason many of us are here.
Overall pleased with report, but wasn't sure expectations for financials, outside of looking for debt (unrelated) off books
