Buy the dips - yes. Flip it?! Absolutely not.
GE will move much higher from here, in the years to come.
Will this happen overnight? No way. And I think market corrections along the way will slow ALL companies up from time to time. But I think (with no PERMANENT economic tragedies or upheavals), Culp will eventually bring GE back to somewhere near its former value.
Taking into account the effects of the Reverse Split, the $30 ~ $40 a share GE was worth back then will now turn into somewhere close to $250 ~ $300 a share.
GE is a buy and hold investment. Use spare cash and purchase what shares you can afford. Every year, evaluate GE’s performance and decide if it still fits your investment philosophy.
This is how INVESTORS do it. Gamblers can have the penny stocks. GE is a REAL company.
