You very well could be correct. The company stated the following in their recent update:
“The Company’s subsidiary National Mechanical Group is taking steps towards the testing and preparation for UL certification for its patented glass-less solar panels for commercial and government use. The approval for this new proprietary product should provide the Company with licensing and partnership arrangements that should drive the monetization of this unique company held IP.”
I think the company could help improve shareholder confidence by providing details on their NMG subsidiary - where are they located, how many employees do they have, introduce the staff including any recent hires etc.
Can someone supply info on the NMG subsidiary. Where are they located, how many employees do they have, number of employees, key employee bios etc. If this is where the solar action is taking place would sure be nice to know details of the operation.
