The NWS was in part, initiated by Obama, as he was coming up against a "debt ceiling" issue. It appears a similar situation is approaching. My thought, a long shot, will Yellen cash in the warrants to avoid a "debt ceiling" issue?
Also where is the money coming from to pay for the $50 Billion in new "green energy" proposed? This was said to be paid for from other sources.
