Hi No Name - seems like a good point on receivership - receivership may spook the MBS market dont you think? Could the FHFA establish a NewCo? Probably raises consolidation issues?

If the conservatorship is converted into a receivership, then you get a whole new round of litigation based on 12USC4617(b)(2)(K)(i):
