Wouldn't that make the transfer agent complicit in covering for a scam if they don't keep the OTC updated? It's supposedly updated daily. Sounds kinda risky for the TA to report false numbers on a daily basis. The TA definitely KNOWS the real numbers. Seems they'd be out of business quick if the numbers are false.
