Interesting conference call. Good questions with solid answers:
- average cost of share buyback reflects late quarter purchases, since it wasn't possible during merger. < someone questioned the high buyback cost per share over term, why not buyback at lower prices that were present >.
- And share reverse by 10 > 1 coming from strength not weakness. One Q noted reverse splits usually result in a 10% stock price drop. The continuing buyback was offered as counterpoint, along with general advice that this step would be good for the firm's valuations going forward.

Interesting stock, for sure.

I sold off recently, the RS, imo and just my opinion, the stock could slide over following year after the split. So I had been acquiring, but now I’m out. I’m in other stocks under $6 that produce high divs. In my port, it’s majority of under $6 with healthy divs. There are others over $6, but are not majority. You’ll make your own decision and you should, I’m not giving advice. But I’m out.
