Fill SEC report just in case they try and steal our shares , they are not up front IMHO they should get the ravage of justuce if they try pulling something on the people , the quantum system sees all now in case they don't know it any funny stuff and they wont get out of jail cards any more , I really don't know if they are planning a steal but it don't look good them not have a news release in plan English of a fucin vote period , I do know they cant hide on planet earth anymore and pull any cheating, its militwary justice now they can't get off !!

IONI - the majority shareholders in this case is the CEO … he can vote his shares for the merger etc. seems you are very new to public markets and how this works.
