It is not a reverse split because there is NO SPLIT. It is a CONVERSION to another stock and RSHN shares are cancelled (lowering the sS of RSHN). Get with the program and fully understand what is going on here. It is amazing and truly UNPRECEDENTED in the OTC. Mr. Sweat is a hero!!!!
