It is discerning to see HCMC lawyers like this. I have been there see what my lawyer turns in compared to others and think why am I paying you hundreds of dollars an hour. I could have done this good myself. I'm sure HCMC is paying thousands of dollars an hour for these guys. An attorney should be paid a commission or performance based. They would not take shit cases and the courts would be less busy. JMO

The thing is, judging by their profile as posted on Cozen's website, these lawyers are not rookies. Why are they being so incredibly incompetent?
