They are reducing share by offering one half price (or so) HeliosDX share for 1000 shares of $RSHN. They are assuming enough people will take that offer to markedly decrease the number of $RSHN shares.
Or if you don't like the deal, take the candy bars back to the Dollar Store. A small restocking fee may apply.
