Sounds like a brand new judge to me, too busy to worry about HCMC.

From what Cozen has shown so far, I don't agree with it. If they had strong evidence they would have whipped it out since PM lead attorney will be gone for a bit. No, I think Cozen made assumptions...assuming the MTD would be dismissed and then thinking the leave would be accepted. I honestly think Cozen thought PM was scared but PM has made it clear vaping WILL BE their business and they are fighting hard with very skilled attorneys. I do think Cozen will be up all night and will file something at the last minute tomorrow. I just don't know that it will be enough. Maybe cousin Vinnie can look at the pictures of the dog poop and see the magical answer again!

I'm in agreement with the judge on this. HCMC (Cozen) should play their "A game" against a behemoth like PM. No posturing or games when you're going head to head with a mega company. IF Cozen hasn't been gameplaying, this could be trouble. I got into this back in December before I was aware of the lawsuit. I'll be here buying dips, pulling my average down below its .00027 if the market permits. The lawsuit may not be a winner (I strongly feel it is) but the company is. IMO. Holding long.

I don’t know how they can’t show partial combustion? It seems like a no brainer cut and dry patent infringement case. Just waiting for the settlement. I believe HCMC is the winner, that’s why I got in this play before all the meme Hcmc army stuff.
