No, it isn't that complicated. My wife gives me grocery lists more complicated than this deal. Seriously.
As far as the process being "too much work", LOL! I mean, hey, it's up to each of us, but I have done some actual hard work in my life.
* Worked on a pig farm as a kid for a couple years, shoveling pig sh*t every day & baling hay in the fall.
* Fiberglass insulation removal & hot tar roofing. No gloves, mask, eye protection. Made it a week before I ended up quiting & going to the E.R. on Friday night all ripped to hell.
* GM subcontractor assembly line making foam inserts for car seats.
* Selling vacuums door to door.
* Selling the concept of clean water door-to-door for donations.
* Stocking shelves at Kmart.
* Delivering fliers to every door in a town of 6,000 people.
So sitting on my ass and making a few informed decisions for $50 - $100k? That is certainly not in my "too much work" column. IDK...maybe it's a socioeconomic class thing.
