Huge tactical error on NaDDir's part. Now he is open to discovery. He will have to sit on a stand and be subject to cross examination. He can't just shout "next question!" when faced with a tough question. Every one of his false statements will be put out in the open in recorded court testimony. Also, same deal applies for Scottie and Mike. You better believe the DOJ and SEC will be listening closely to everything so they can build their case more.
