He's doing what any responsible CEO would do. He's not only going after those who have attacked their BOD publicly, and will be seeking damages to recover the company's expenses.

I support the Federal court system which covers EVERY state and the U.S. territories. I'm very familiar with Florida and their courts are NOT doing just fine. I can't say they're one of the worse, but they're not far from it. All courts are experiencing heavy backlogs and delays due to Covid, and there's no reason to believe they're going to improve until Covid is no longer an issue. The backlogs aren't going to suddenly take care of themselves when we still have limited resources within the courts.

I am an expert witness and Florida is doing just fine “ holding court “ remotely. Federal courts also doing well. In fact, there is a big push to keep things remote since they have worked out so well. I cannot speak to Some of the backwards states. Are you by chance the tech person for your court?
