I said that too until I saw the blimpy American internet stocks lead the Naz back up.
As long as SINA looks like it's a big grower, folks will pay hefty prices for them, greater fool theory or not.
The big traders know that the EBAY, MSFT et.al. has already seen it's best growth. The lure of the forward growth of SINA/SOHU will continue.
NTES will be on the outs for awhile
In a statement, Ted Sun, NTES acting chief executive, said that both advertising and online games sales were "robust" but that mobile phone text messaging service revenue growth had slowed.
Rivals Sina (NasdaqNM:SINA - News) and Sohu.com (NasdaqNM:SOHU - News) in their own quarterly reports over the past week have said that the Chinese mobile phone text-message craze is booming, suggesting that NetEase is losing share even in an explosively growing market.
Currently, I am holding no Chinets, sold my remaining 1/2 SINA yesterday in pre market @ 43.85, close enough to my 44 target. I left alot on the table, but I took alot home too <G>
