Looks like someone finally may have caught the joke after repeated kicks to the gonads. Crooks are toying around with naïve investors who are hoping that the jackpot miraculously arrives. In the meanwhile Freddie is busy making new lows.

You might be right but time will tell as it was said long ago that the JPS class may well end up making the case for the common class. So far so good. In the mean time, time is on the common classes side with tolling for takings beginning with the SCOTUS decision.

Also, the Gooberment needs to protect housing via protecting the GSE's capital owned by commons.

Furthermore, with GSE takings ripe I doubt da Gooberment will ever attempt to exercise the ill gotten warrants. Although, they might sit on them until they expire without a Court intervention.

Also, P's have done tons of expensive legal discovery for us and continue to do so. All we have to do is clean up the mess in the end. Perhaps Bryndon will amend his complaint on the basis of others discovery to cover it all then we're set :-)
