18M is more than a few dollars. Pricing it at 5.50 per share is reasonable IMO. Do I like taking this big of a haircut at the beginning of a new journey? No.
Should be in the range of 17 - 18M shares O/S if all warrants exercised at 6.05. Warrants are tradable. Could be a way to make money there right now.
