That tiny little word "Or", has great meaning. Read it again and pick it out. "Or" = one of the other. There was no recapitalization & no share purchase, that would have had to be documented officially...kinda like tangible/intangible = "all assets" were stripped from former:Bioamber.

Is any of the BIOAQ IP currently in use by the acquiring party(ies) or other- any licensing revenue accruing or being paid? Waiting for a Taiwanese company to IPO could be a long wait.
