Juxtaposezen...I know you don't believe in conspiracies but just so you know that they do exist in our not so perfect world. Naked Shorting is real and for the most part is without boundaries as popcorn202 stated due to SEC rules having no bite.

So here is one of the many naked shorting stories and there are many of these from years gone past and still very little is being done. Note the sentiment of the former SEC staffer, this mind set has changed little at the SEC.

I don't believe this is happening with BIGN so we have nothing to fear as long as BIGN doesn't do business with hedge fund backed financiers.
