Any issues with 13 D do not suddenly absolve Nader of being a convicted felon, a liar and thief, not to mention epic failure in all submissions and trials performed to date. 13D was a hope for change that the spineless BOD would not invoke. Let’s see how that works out For CYDY and shareholders. BUT…like I said stay tuned.
