I feel sorry for the people posting here that this is nodder going after the shorts and noder is helping the SEC and DOJ bring evil to justice??
I will ride this out--Mon will be gutted. All on nodder.
Understand--the SEC takes care of the civil wrist slap stuff. The DOJ ONLY steps in on criminal. The nodder better hope to keep it in the civil arena. Dr Kelly will sink also as chairman. I feel sorry for Dr Recknor--IF they did not disclose this prior to his buyin--he might have a leg to stand on.
Mahoob wasn't "the new sheriff" as nodder claimed. But he knew to get the heck out of Dodge.
