One of possibly a few.

My ranking of likelihood --

1. A large, impatient shareholder that has lost faith (many loyal shareholders in this stock according to CMF & Accumulation)
2. BIGN is diluting, somehow. I always take into consideration on the pinks that PRs are fake hype. There is more than one SLJB out there. There is a small chance we are being fed 100% bull and/or BIGN sees more of a fiasco with these LOIs. If that is the case, and we are being duped, then diluting at one penny is not a bad deal on free money.
3. An MM is naked shorting and is buried over in Germany (thanks to the company opening us up to that type of trading)

Just my honest, humble opinion.
