Explain to me how CYDY is not the target when the 10k specifically states that the SEC subpoenaed information on public statements by the company. No mention of Adam F, Citron, or the next boogeyman who Pro-NP supporters want to blame NP’s mistakes on. If the investigation was into shorting, the 10K would’ve clearly outlined that.
