As I stated:

We know for a FACT that Anavex 2-73 Blarcamesine works better in patients with MMSE scores greater than or equal to 20 at baseline.

Alzheimer's disease is easier to treat at the earliest stage possible. See the image below to understand why this is true.

By the way the original Phase 2a trial for Anavex 2-73 Blarcamesine with 32 subjects had a MMSE inclusion range of MMSE score of 16-28 inclusive just like Cassava's current trial.
