I believe Misiu until someone can prove otherwise. I've placed calls to a few people who are on the perimeter of someone in the mix - and hope to get some sleuthing accomplished.
At this point there's no yellow brick road for SHs with either of these options. I'll be hoping for a partnership with a larger and proven Pharma company.
