Sadly there is no way to know. At that time, Belmont Partners merely dealt with selling relatively clean shells. Since then they've gone out of business for the most part due to some scams they were implicated with.

All I can say about EESO now, and this apparent new company that's claiming to be taking over the shell, is that the so-called company is a bad joke. Look at their links leading nowhere, and the minimal, beyond minimal effort theyre making, trying to pretend they're a real company; a marketing company no less

It's well beyond ludicrous

My guess would be, as I mentioned recently, is that a few EESO Bagholders got together to pretend there was an upcoming reverse-merger, claiming that they'd taken over the shell.

See "shell hijacking" via the SEC/FINRA

With a small scam a few Bagholders unloaded their worthless shares.
