In all the states mentioned, the overwhelming majority survive the Delta.
Survival rate of 99.5+% So don't panic with the infections, that's the natural progression of all viruses, speed of transmission with less lethality, it is an indicator that it is dying out.

If you are worried, put on a mask, social distance by 6 feet, and isolate, all others that like the 99.5% survival rate may decide to resume normal life.

Dr. Marrazzo said the hurdles to educating more Alabamians to get shots are high. “It’s not the kind of place where there’s a friendly neighborhood clinic on every corner and you can walk in and say, ‘I’d like to talk to you for 15 minutes about my vaccine hesitancy.’ ”

I should think there're plenty of pharmacies, though. As several of the doctors who often discuss COVID on TV have said, many people see more of their pharmacists than their doctors, and trust them.
