Quarter was good, thing is they had and answer for everything. I wasn't as excited before the CC as I left after. I got a feeling things are just getting started here. There logistics business is starting to hit on all cylinders, and they expect further growth for the forseeable future.
The talked about the drivers issues, but they are great at retaining drivers, furthermore they are starting up new programs to get more drivers, they seemed like they gave the best answer to this issue, they actually have a plan to get more drivers at least. At least that was my take.
The trucking business as they build out there network they expect margins to further improve, hence I feel like that is a segment that will see better results.
They also went on a little speech, about how the stock was very undervalued, and the market was under the impression that these results are unsustainable, he basically said that couldn't be further from the truth and he sees the business doing better in the future.
Furthermore they gave 2024 guidance (A Three Year Plan so to speak), yes 2024, Where they say they believe they will earn 4.25-4.50 in 2024. If true this stock could triple by then rather easily. I thought this was one of the most perplexing reactions to a stock I have seen in quite some time. I added more share today under $14.20 for what it is worth. All si jsut my opinion, and I could always be wrong though.
