If there's anything worthwhile to say about Sweeney it's thank God she's retired and gone and can't issue any more delays, stays, and all her other stall tactic delays! But who knows, Schwartz may be even worse, if that is possible.

I thought Sweeney retired

And hard to bad mouth her --- as - per my memory she is the ONLY front line judge ----- one - unique --- who agreed that discovery before deciding motion to dismiss was correct and we got a lot of key documents

What other judge did so much on round one? My memory - they all swiftly granted the GOV's motion to dismiss

And then she put things on hold as they worked towards SCOTUS - which to me is fair and reasonable

But I do think we have a new claims court judge

Sweeney knows how to run with the hare and hunt with the hounds. She behaves like she is sympathetic to shareholders but at the same time she carries out orders of the cabal determined to not let shareholders gain anything from this duel. Apparently she can't bite the hand that feeds her.

She is doing a great job playing both sides of the fence - she keeps shareholders hopeful while also maintaining the pressure of the Govt. knee on the neck of the shareholders. Maybe it is time to start a "Shareholder Lives Matter" protest; about time Glenda Brady mobilized the weary band with a self-serving article on Seeking Alpha to get a movement going.
