On otcbb stocks most brokerage firms have a commission rate on the purchase of penny stocks as well as a finra fee on the sell side execution of the sale of same.

I believe TD Ameritrade has a $6.95 finra associated with the sale of otcbb stocks.

So I have to pay the saleside finra fee only
