There’s no way to know if the “acquisition” will actually close.
(remember there’s a 60 day due diligence period FOR BOTH SIDES)

I see these things promoted daily on the scam OTC and very few come to fruition and very few actually create shareholder value.

Uplisting is inevitable after this acquisition.
